1. About This Site This Site is a product catalog for browsing our range of building materials, tools, and related supplies. It is informational — the Site does not process online payments or orders directly.

2. How Ordering Works To purchase a product, contact us via WhatsApp at +971 50 610 4022 using the links provided on each product page. All orders, pricing, availability, and payment are confirmed directly with our team at the time of inquiry — adding an item to a request on this Site does not constitute a binding order or reservation of stock.

3. Pricing & Availability Prices and stock levels shown on the Site are indicative and may change without notice. Final pricing, including any applicable VAT, bulk/trade rates, and delivery charges, will be confirmed with you directly before any order is placed.

4. Payment Payment is arranged directly between you and Red and White Stone General Trading at the time of order, through methods we agree on together (e.g. in-store, bank transfer, or cash on delivery). This Site does not collect or store payment card information.

5. Delivery Free delivery is available across Abu Dhabi on orders above AED 200, subject to our standard delivery terms. Delivery timelines will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, subject to the item being in good, resalable condition and accompanied by a physical copy of the original invoice, returned to our physical store. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and the Red and White Stone / Red & White Group branding — is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written consent.
