We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Red and White Stone General Trading.

Return Window Items may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it, in good resalable condition
• Returned in person to our physical store location
• Accompanied by a physical copy of the original invoice/receipt

Returns without a physical invoice, or outside the 7-day window, cannot be accepted.

How to Return an Item Bring the item along with your invoice to our store. Our team will inspect the item and process your return on the spot.
