Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Area We currently deliver across Abu Dhabi, with free delivery on orders above AED 200. Delivery outside Abu Dhabi may be available on request — contact us on WhatsApp to confirm.

Standard Delivery Most orders are delivered using our standard 3-ton pickup trucks. Delivery timelines will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.

Large or Oversized Orders Orders that do not fit within the capacity of a standard 3-ton pickup (due to size, weight, or volume) are subject to special transport arrangements. These orders may incur additional transport charges beyond our standard delivery terms, and may take more than one day to arrange depending on vehicle and schedule availability. We will inform you of any additional charges or extended timelines before confirming the order.

Delivery Confirmation Final delivery costs, vehicle type, and timing are confirmed directly with you via WhatsApp or in-store at the time of order — pricing shown at checkout-equivalent stages on the Site is indicative only.
